Five Minute friday: Beyond

Dear Life,

Here is Five Minute Friday (once again on Saturday almost Sunday)...the topic is Beyond.

I haven't ready anyone else's post yet....but the first thing that came to my mind is "To Infinity and Beyond".  Which of course is a quote from Toy Story.  From a favorite character....Buzz Lightyear.  Toy Story came out when my now eighteen year old was one.  He loved Buzz.  He had a costume and he wore it all the time.  And every subsequent child LOVED Toy Story as well.  The costume was worn over and over again by brother after brother.  To infinity and beyond....EVERY one of my children has pushed on the pretend button with their arm out pretending their laser light was going off.  Boy number three wore it daily.  It turned into clothing for him. The costume is so worn now that it had to be retired.  The wings were lost years ago and the hood is no more.   This costume, this story, has been with our family from the beginning, and it will go on....BEYOND my boys...to their children.
